What we collect, and what we do with it.

Information you give us

When you submit the get-started form we store your name, business name, email, phone number, trade, team size and how you handle calls today, along with the page you submitted from and referral attribution. We also record whether and when you agreed to email sharing.

When we share your details

We do not sell your information. The form identifies Call Easy’s current AI answering-service partner. If you agree, Call Easy emails them the name, business name, contact details, trade, team size, call-handling description and referral ID you provided so they can respond to your request. Email delivery uses Resend. The recipient and sender are configured by the site operator. You can decide separately whether to visit the partner website. If partner email delivery is not configured, your request is saved here but not emailed. If you consent and email delivery fails, the confirmation page indicates this.

Visit and attribution data

• On your first visit, your browser stores a random visitor ID in local storage, together with the first page you landed on, the referring site and any UTM campaign tags in the link.
• We record one visit per visitor ID so we can count visitors and see which pages and campaigns bring people in.
• If you submit the form, this first-visit information is attached to your request.

Click-throughs to partners

When you click a partner link we log the time, the page you came from and the associated referral ID when available. We store your IP address only as a keyed hash, never the raw address, and store only your browser family, not your full user agent string.

Cookies

Public pages do not use advertising cookies. The admin area uses a secure session cookie for the site operator only.

No guarantees

We may earn a commission if you sign up with a partner, at no additional cost to you. We do not guarantee any commission, captured calls or recovered revenue, and referral statuses are reconciled manually.

Your choices

You can clear local storage in your browser at any time to remove the visitor ID. To ask the site operator to delete a request you submitted, identify it using the email address you provided on the form.
